Eat Cake & Take a Nap with Maureen Muldoon

Today, we are talking about
resting in God without Reservations.
To rest in God without reservations
Is to bring your spirituality to a state that most of us are unwilling to go to.
To be that small-town girl
Living in a lonely world
Taking the midnight train to anywhere.
What? No. No. We’re not doing that?
We’re not resting in the train going anywhere?
We’re the conductors. We are going to Orchestrate this trip with precision and preferences.
We make a thousand reservations to ensure that there is a place at the table where we want to eat
That serves what we want to eat
With whom we want to eat it with
at the time that we want to be eating.
Otherwise, there is no way we can be happy. We have to take control of this thing.
Because God… God is a concept
But not a concept that has anything to do with my actual life?
We left Her at the station.
We put her in a God box so that I can check in with her, when I want to check in with her.
But she does not come for the ride.
What the ego does not know… is God is the ride.
God is the midnight train going everywhere.

Thanks for the Journey song! It takes me back to the 80s...when I started taking a nap every Sunday afternoon. "The sacred Sunday afternoon nap". Nowadays it's everyday. 😊🎉❤

I loved this talk Maureen! Very inspiring and I resonate with the make a wish from innocence, which is our true Self, that from that place god has already given us everything! When we don’t cover gods will with doubt/guilt, all things are possible! The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want, to me, means: not I’m guilty or bad if I want, but instead, I can NOT want because god is a god of infinite love and life and abundance and my identity as gods holy child entitles me to all god is because I AM it too!! So yes have your cake and friggin eat it too in gratitude because it is gods will we shall never be left wanting on earth as it is in heaven!! Love wants to love us- let’s let it!! And yes, as we believe we receive love or fear, innocence or guilt, we get what we ask for. And yes love won’t bring us what would hurt us-no one person needs ten cakes at one sitting, lol, unless it’s a party, 🎉 36:03 but when we would like cake love will make sure we have it!! God is good! ❤😊🎉 thanks Maureen for showing up and letting love speak through you exactly perfectly! And gratitude to everyone and how love spoke through them too!
