Unbelievable this guy eating live fish .
@MrTxawjcojАй бұрын
You can tell these guys eat really good and their foods are their medicine. All fresh and a whole lot of greens. Nothing processed. It's evident of how lean they are. Meanwhile in America we have regulations out the roof on foods but yet we have an obesity problem on the epidemic scale.

Processed food is what is killing us
@davidkobaАй бұрын
LMAO nothing is processed because they grow what they eat because it is cheaper. You can tell you are as dumb as a rock. Eating freshwater fish like that is a good way to get a disease or parasite.
@FleetingReverie28 күн бұрын
There's other factors that contribute to their lean builds. Southeast Asians are less likely to have a lot of fat reserves due to the climate they live in; one of the functions of fat is heat retention and that's not really beneficial in the hot, humid jungles of Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, etc. The areas of Northern Thailand in particular are home to natives who simply choose to live their life out in nature where they don't have to pay rent or worry about bills; in turn, they learned to rely on the land to build and forage what they need. This jungler lifestyle burns quite a bit of ambient calories and requires enough knowledge to thrive; there's a lot more venomous/toxic organisms in the old world jungles. Compare all that to what North America has, it's just a different world, different life, different resources. Also, these natives here eat a lot of fresh salads seasoned with garlic(anti-septic), lime(anti-septic), chili, msg(by the heaping spoonfuls), and sugar; it really kind of challenges all that naysaying-research done on effects of msg, especially when there are other similar salts like DSG(beware of "msg free" marketing). My dad's side of the family live out there like this, but in more developed villages. They're happier, but live much simpler lives with the absence of the modern day creature comforts. You could say obesity is a curse of abundance and gluttony gone awry.
