You should've had it that the person whose color was landed on could choose to roll 🎲 against the house(aka Garrett) 🎲. If the player rolled a higher number than the house, then an ingredient was added to make the item better, but it they rolled a lower or tied number with the house then an ingredient was added to make the item bad or worse. This means a player could've made a bad bet to make a good dish bad by rolling low, or make a bad item not so bad by rolling higher or vice versa by making a good item better, or making a bad item worser. Blackjack would also be an option to play against the house.
