Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca has easily been one of our favorite places in all Mexico. We have traveled here three times in one year and it keeps drawing us back. The gastronomy of Oaxaca is among the best in all Mexico and Puerto Escondido is no exception! Aside from enjoying from delicious home cooked meals with this video we want help to support local family owned businesses.
One of the challenges of this vlog is that Kevin is on a keto diet for now and we will show you some of our favorite spots and show you the challenges of not being able to eat carbs in places where tortillas are an essential part of our diet.
