Thinking of any different types of foods as healthy or unhealthy is just wrong. It's all about controlling the amounts. Great video, keep going.

There are so many organic lentils, whole wheat or chickapea pastas out there well maybe a few brands. Those are what i eat i don't use heavy cream sauces use milk and Parmigiano to thicken if needed

Thanks for sharing this one. Pasta is one of my favorites but when I eat it I try to do so in moderation. No matter what type of diet you are on it always seems to be labeled as a bad which irks me. If you like it and it doesn't bother you for other health reasons then just EAT IT but be smart about it!
