1:18:19 - have to disagree there. The ultimate goal in life is not to live a full, happy and long life. It is to seek first the kingdom of God. I have it written on my arm today, to remember while I build my business to success. It all means nothing if I gain the whole world and lose my soul. Eternity is a long time.

@@wisdomdzakpo2848 I'd like to meet this Brian, haha. But seriously, we don't behave like it's all in our brain. We expect others to abide by moral laws outside of our brains. And we expect them to be punished if they don't. Moral laws are universal, and they're written on our "hearts."

Here are some ways you can apply the key principles from "Eat That Frog" to boost your own productivity and achieve your goals: 1. Set clear written goals. Take time to reflect on your most important priorities, both professionally and personally. Write them down to give them clarity and focus. 2. Plan your days and weeks in advance. Use a calendar or to-do list to map out your time and tasks. Identify your highest-value activities and schedule time to work on them first. 3. Limit distractions. Be intentional about managing your technology use. Turn off notifications, batch email/social media check-ins, and create blocks of uninterrupted time to work. 4. Tackle your "frog" first. Start your day by working on your most important, challenging task before moving on to easier jobs. Use techniques like the "salami slice" method to break down big projects. 5. Focus on your constraints. Identify the key bottlenecks or weaknesses holding you back, whether skills, resources or habits. Dedicate time to addressing these limiting factors. 6. Cultivate urgency and discipline. Treat your priorities like appointments that can't be moved. Avoid procrastination by developing a bias towards immediate action. The core idea is to be ruthlessly selective about how you spend your time, and develop the habits and mindset to consistently make progress on your most important goals. Start small, but be consistent in applying these principles.

Thats truly the make or break for any of these techniques. You can listen to 10000000 self help techniques but if you don't have the self discipline to do just one you will stay stuck. Start with just one don't worry about all of them. Just one

The one simple rule that has allowed me to implement this technique is this: have a bedtime. In bed, lights off, no devices. Go to sleep at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. This allows you to consistently give yourself as much time as you need, as soon as you get up, to eat your frog.

Finished it, valuable stuff, but this "Your company" is getting on my nerves. Unless I don't own the company, I don't give a slightest fvck what will bring value to it and I won't do anything more than bare minimum, to keep energy for MY stuff.
