Saffon is super expensive, cayenne pepper is cheap, abundant, and carries very similar pharmocological benefits. Ginger is also a good one to add. And bananas and peanut butter were made for eachother. You could also use Pumpkin Pie spice in place of the Ceylon Cinnemon. 1/4 peanut butter on a paper plate fassioned into a bowl made of peanut butter. 1.5Tbs honey 1tsp cayenne powder 1tsp cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/2tsp ginger 2Tbs yogurt on top, mix thoroughly with knife, spread on Ripe (lots of brown spots) banana and eas as a snack. Tried it the first time yesterday and slept very well. Did it about 10 min ago and am already nodding off.

I found out by accident, that THC (in the form of edibles) sends my sex drive through the roof!! Once i consume it, and it takes effect, thats all i can think about. Working around women, I'll even get wood. I really don't have words to describe the feeling. Sensitivity in all areas is drastically increased and ro top it off i dont have the urge to release. Best way to describe it, is the way we feel right before we realease where the sensations becomes too much to hold back. Its like that, only better and you can just keep going.

Digestive issues are an obstacle for everything you've suggested and is likely a cause for the dysfunctional conditions that you mention- that is where you might begin. The food won't help if the body cannot process it (absorb the benefit)
