I've known this for about 5 years now but I had to comment on this because it's very true, I even use cinnamon in my coffee, banana for breakfast and my wife is extremely happy with the results. Thank you doc for helping others know they can do this naturally, I also became vegan 5 years ago, and wow, arthritis is gone, Strength and energy for daily work is way up also. If You are lucky enough To get sex, They lay there like a dead fish, and just complain. all these are the Biggest Causes for men's ED. I have a protein shake after workouts. I include a scoup of protein powder, a banana, a large spoonful of peanut butter , local honey and crushed ice. I’ll try adding Ceylon cinnamon to the blend as some have suggested. Wait…I mix a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon with honey as a sleep aid when I cannot fall asleep. It works so I wonder if it would be counterintuitive to mix it in the protein shake.

While I've never really had much issues with erectile function, slepe is always a struggle. The last couple days I've tried something similar, but Tweaked. Saffon is super expensive, cayenne pepper is cheap, abundant, and carries very similar pharmocological benefits. Ginger is also a good one to add. And bananas and peanut butter were made for eachother. You could also use Pumpkin Pie spice in place of the Ceylon Cinnemon. 1/4 peanut butter on a paper plate fassioned into a bowl made of peanut butter. 1.5Tbs honey 1tsp cayenne powder 1tsp cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/2tsp ginger 2Tbs yogurt on top, mix thoroughly with knife, spread on Ripe (lots of brown spots) banana and eas as a snack. Tried it the first time yesterday and slept very well. Did it about 10 min ago and am already nodding off.

I Corinthians 15:1-4 NKJV [1] Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, [2] by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you-unless you believed in vain. [3] For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, [4] and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,

I found out by accident, that THC (in the form of edibles) sends my sex drive through the roof!! Once i consume it, and it takes effect, thats all i can think about. Working around women, I'll even get wood. I really don't have words to describe the feeling. Sensitivity in all areas is drastically increased and ro top it off i dont have the urge to release. Best way to describe it, is the way we feel right before we realease where the sensations becomes too much to hold back. Its like that, only better and you can just keep going.

Digestive issues are an obstacle for everything you've suggested and is likely a cause for the dysfunctional conditions that you mention- that is where you might begin. The food won't help if the body cannot process it (absorb the benefit)
