If I may add.. squats. All squats work well, but if you stand with your feet placed wide, and squat low it really help strengthen the pelvic floor. Also, kettlebell swings. Learn how to do them correctly. Great exercise for strengthening the pelvic floor.

Just find the time to hit the gym for about 2hrs. At least 3-5 days a week. Work every muscle group. To include the ones that you hate or tend to avoid. Cut out the drinking and cigarettes. Or at least use moderation( just stop). I can pretty much guarantee that you won't have any issues with getting it up and keeping it up. I'm getting older now so although I've never had a problem with getting it up. I've noticed that when I take an excessively long break from working out. I can tell a slight difference. From when I'm constantly exercising.

Try something smaller or try something with a different shape.. like a 8oz Glaze spray canister . Sit in a vehicle for soft cushion and angled bottom seat assistance. Sit down, lift up, slide canister spray part side down first. Dont put immediate pressure on your perineum, ease onto it.. Relax, find perineum and do kegels, if it helps think of a few happy thoughts and allow just a slight chub, will help you identify your perineum, pelvic floor, kegel, mind-body connection with you do kegels.. the canister is to allow more surface area under the perineum..(Apple Cinnamon)
