Bro, You could apply coconut oil as a base for your lips then on top apply Vaseline petroleum jelly. This is the best for the Canadian winter. Also after the shower before the skin gets dry apply the moisturizing cream. I use "Live Clean" skin moisturizing lotion. Works well.

One of my friends, a temporary coworker, was saying goodbye before returning to India and told me how happy he was to have had the chance to experience minus 40 Celsius, and i said "What? When?" Or that the snow has a higher pitched squeak as it gets colder. Or that the foam car seats are hard like wood and the starter can't turn the engine over because the oil is so stiff.

If i get a study permit for a low level course (Diploma) and decide to change to a post graduate course after getting my visa what do i've to do? I understand that i need to notify cic about the change after January 17. Will they cancel my permit if i change to a higher level course than diploma's and change institution?

You can change your course or college after getting study visa/permit as long as the college/university is in the dli list. As you said you have to update cic about the change. Your permit won't get canceled
