Hi!,from Malaysia.. Just a suggestion,if u want to remove the slime you could just use flour to rub it and rinse instead of using salt that will loose its taste...in malaysia that's how we clean the fishy smell of fish... It’s one of many sea creatures that have adapted themselves to be as inedible as possible as a way of avoiding being eaten. You had to boil and salt it several times to make it even edible, just imagine what it tastes like it to a shark or something

コメントを追加... 著著 0 秒前 ウミウシは徳島で食べてますよ。 調理法は、第一は海で捌く事。 海中で腹を切って内臓を抜いて海水でしっかり洗います。 海で洗わないとあの紫が抜けるまで追いつかないので笑 次に下処理が終わったウミウシを持ち帰ってから真水で丁寧に洗います。 洗い終わったら、何も入ってない鍋に入れて空炒りします。 そうするとウミウシの体から水分が溢れてきます。 この水を完全に飛ばすまで煮込みます。 そうすると親指よりも小さなサイズに縮みます。 なので一度に十匹ぐらい煮込みます。 そこまで煮込んだら、やっと下処理が完成です。 あとは刻んでそのまま食べたり、味噌汁に入れたり、甘露煮にしたりやら色々な食べ方ができます。 味は。。。無って感じですが笑

My point is summed up as follows: if you go to a translation agency and ask for a “translator”, you’ll get someone to translate from speech or text into text.
