just eggs and meat - you dont get heart attacks from it. just cut refined sugars and avoid too much carbs. the meat always is blamed for it, while its actually other food that clogs the arteries.

As an Australian I always find it unusual the way Canadians & Americans use ther knife and fork. When You cut your stake according to my Mother, You are cutting on the wrong side of your fork.... Well I mean you pierce the piece of meat you want, then cut it off, the stake stays on Your fork. Thanks for the entertainment
