I found the general rule was “you can eat pretty much anything so long as it was in moderation.” My first pregnancy I refused to touch deli meat, until my mother in law (a midwife / nurse practitioner) told me so long as I wasn’t eating a whole dang package of deli meat in one sitting I was fine. Same with hot dogs, fish, etc I had ALL the food aversions and NO cravings, so I had to force myself to eat. Baby names were super hard for us too!! You all continue to be in my prayers!!!!

When I had my child years ago back in the 80s., If I had a girl I wanted to call her Rainbow🌈.. .for many reasons.. Symbolic it was for me, God's Covenant. I had a boy & my husband said no son of mine would be called rainbow.. So we compromised on Beau.. But I always Thought rainbow was a lovely Name for a girl.. 🌈.. Omgosh!!! Cravings!!! Girl, since you like the Cheetos and Doritos with cream cheese, you should try them with cottage cheese!!!! Just add salt and pepper to taste and then dip the chips in like it dip!!! So yummy!!! McDonald's French fries with a Wendy's chocolate frosty, is the best!!! Also, a grilled cheese sandwich made with sour dough bread, covered in green sauce, IS THE FREAKIN BOMB DIGITY!!!
