We have a place where you kinda have to go in different and hunt what's good and avoid eating any of what feels bad and the non fresh seafood. I’ve eaten there before, a few times. It’s not that bad at all. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, but for $16 Lunch buffet, it’s perfectly fine. I’ve eaten at a lot worse places. That place is OK. I’d rather eat there and pay $16 for dozens of assorted dishes rather than pay $16 for a Large Big Mac meal from the McDonalds across the buffet. Adjust your expectations.
