It's not called "Doner" In Germany we say Döner and the turkish word for this is Kebap And the food which you were eating in this video is not a "doner"(Döner) its called Lahmacun its the turkish and correct word. Type "Lahmacun" on google and you will see what I mean Another version is called I think in your speech "durum" and in germany and turkey they say Dürum it's a little different but looks same In germany is it the most famous and popular fast food Kebap, Dürum, Döner, Dönerteller(you were eating this in another video it's with fries or rice and salad) , Dönerpizza(Pizza with Kebap, onions and white garlic sauce)

With regard to your comment about it being “dürüm”, dürüm is simply a style of a sandwich. It’s not an actual food. Any ingredients wrapped in a thin, tortilla-like bread is referred to as “dürüm”. In other words, döner and dürüm aren’t mutually exclusive. What he’s eating is döner and it’s also dürüm simply because of the type of bread that is used and the way that the bread wraps around the ingredients. A dürüm-style sandwich is similar to a burrito.
