I'm so so so so so proud of you!! Even though you was terrified, you still ate that pizza! I can't describe how proud we all are Jess! You help me so much in recovery 💖💖

Every girl needs a chocolate snack drawer!!! 🍫😋❤️😂🙌 Aww those reindeer crumpets are so cute!!!!! Love the idea of a Christmas dinner style crumpet topping!! Glad you're still having input from your dietician. Hope it's helpful for you xxx Well done for challenging yourself on this video. Liked seeing some of your personality and sense of humour shining through in this video ❤️ The Christmas tree pizza is pretty cool concept despite it being scary for you xx 🎄🍕 Well done for talking to the Ed voices and challenging it, pushing through and ENJOYING aspects of eating the pizza. The more you do this, the more you will rewire the neural pathways and finally rewire your brain to realise that pizza isn't scary and it will become easier I promise!! 🙏❤️ Good for you for being honest about your struggles. I know it's difficult to admit but I think you will get far better responses this way as people will understand the struggle and also want to support you as opposed to criticise. Well done Jess xx keep going ❤️

If you feel able to, could you do a day without fruit or vegetables video. I think that would be interesting. 😊

No that's a dreadful idea. a balanced diet is so important especially in recovery

@@catherineturner2839Sorry, I didn't mean to upset or offend you. It's just a bit of fun. I'm not asking her to do that forever, just for 24 hours. I'm sure that wouldn't have a catastrophic effect. I totally understand and appreciate that we need vitamins etc., but it would just be one day to show that nothing awful happens when you can't/don't have fruit and vegetables for 24 hours. When I first came out of hospital I got stuck with the idea that everything had to be 'healthy' and 'balanced'. That turned into obsessions and new rules around clean eating and needing to have so many portions of fruit/veg each day. I know I'm not alone in that either. A lot of people I was in the unit struggled with this too. Whilst I know fruit and veg are healthy and we need them, it can be really unhelpful and detrimental when we feel stuck in having to have them every single meal. I'm sure many people go one day in a year without fruit or veg. For example, when travelling or when physically unwell. Again, I'm sorry that it caused such a big reaction in you. You're welcome to your opinion and feelings, but I'm not sure why it would be so awful, just for one day.

But she said in some of her previous videos that she actually likes those things. Why would you want her to deny herself access to those foods?

It's probably a texture thing with the granola. I have ASD and anorexia and can only eat cereal dry or it makes me gag

I'm proud of you for challenging yourself! Our bodies are looking at food cals the same way right now...strictly as healing energy. Doesn't matter where those cals come from!!
