I always eat my burgers upside down and the nigiri sushi dipped in soy sauce on the fish side too. As for the Xiao Long Bao, I usually bite a hole in the dough skin, pour the soup into my spoon to cool & slurp the soup down to make room in the dumpling to add ginger strips and vinegar before wolfing it down in 1 bite.
