The cup noodles aren't fully cooked even when you add hot water to the cup. When you cook it, it turns a bit transparent, that's when it's fully cooked. It'll be easier for your stomach to digest.

*Hey I made that milk, egg, and cheese recipe but I put in my touches* , Soo I started with cooking the noodles with the kettle as normal left it to cook and in a pan I put a little splash of vegetable oil let it heat up then chopped a clove of garlic and one green spicy pepper and let them sit in the hot oil for a little then put in the milk let it sit than the noodles than the egg than the spices of the noodles packet and then some salt and pepper than finished it up with mozzarella cheese just a little don't add too much and then chop some more spicy pepper on top and bon appetit !!

Even though the noodles say do not microwave you can just do it simply do the same you would do for a cup but put it in the microwave if it is packet put it in a bowl add water and put it in the mic o wave both for 3 and a half minutes

There's no evidence as yet to prove it's bad for you in small dosages, since it's found in a lot of Chinese / Asian foods & a lot of snacks. So try not to fret :)

For the boiling on the stove, you should put the lid back on so it traps the heat in the pot instead of releasing it. Which explains why the kettle is so much faster. It usually take 2 mins with a lid.
