Tucking into a classic hot cross bun and kitkat chunky with lotus biscoff (got the chocolate from Tesco, if anyone is interested haha!) and watching you two on a Sunday afternoon is one of the best things for sureeee! Enjoy the Easter weekend!

I think you’re correct Emma placing the donuts into the fridge gives them that edge of staleness I feel and definitely changes the texture. Oh I wanted to see what toy you guy’s had in the kinder bunny. I bought a pink one weeks ago and ate it, the toy was one of the worst I’ve had. I collect them and have thousands 🙂

I carb count and give insulin based on a ratio assigned by my diabetic nurse, and that seems to work for me!

Love a hot cross bun. Tried a few limited edition ones this year & these badboys have been my fave so far...... Co-op Irresistible Limited Edition Deliciously Spiced Masala & Chilli Hot Cross Buns 4 Hot cross buns with caramelised onions, sultanas, ground spices and dried jalapeño chillies.
