The Oreo os I tried in the US didn’t have the white pieces inside. It was just the black rings. I was amazed at how many cereal choices there are in the USA, it’s endless. Pretty much ALL food (especially snack and sweets) have so MANY choices! I’ve never seen so many flavors and types of biscuits, cereals, Oreos, crackers, yogurts, chips etc. My favorite UK cereal is shredded wheat with raisin filling and wheatabix

You are truly an inspiration for all ages and stages. I wish for you the most amazing and interesting future full of adventures and new flavors!
@joanneday95083 жыл бұрын
Have you recovered? I am an adult sufferer too, weight restored but still suffer with restrictions and anorexia thoughts. Too scared to go ‘all in’, because I just worry that being older, my recovery body would look nothing like these young ones we see on KZbin!
@rachelburkett61243 жыл бұрын
@@joanneday9508 same here. At a safe weight after 4 months but not unrestricted. I've had children and been up and down in weight for over 30 years since my onset and I'm terrified of what my set point will be. Having to try on my own due to finances so i came to KZbin for help but there aren't many out there my age and the ones who are don't have children. I know how our bodies look at the end isn't supposed to matter but my brain hasn't processed that memo yet.
@hii27733 жыл бұрын
I know this isn't gonna help that much but honestly the only person who is gone care what your body looks like is yourself xx And the other people who do are not worth it! Health isn't defined by what you look like and you are beautiful no matter what.
@rachelburkett61243 жыл бұрын
@@hii2773 I tell myself that all of the time. Those who matter don't care and those who care don't matter. It's a fear response to the weight gain that my brain has learned via my actions. I rationally know I've had 4 children and honestly, even if i didn't have children and my skin just has marks and bulges and rolls because it's a human body and not a plastic Barbie body, that's ok. I don't need permission or approval to look how ever I'm going to look. I don't need permission or approval to eat to maintain my existence for as long as i can, but unfortunately this disorder latches on like a parasite and will kick and scream and fight to keep itself alive. For every positive thing i think about recovery, my disordered brain tells me five reasons they're wrong and some days it's hard to fight those thoughts.
@BloomingLisa3 жыл бұрын
@@rachelburkett6124 I can relate to this on so many levels. ‘Weight restored’ whilst still restricting and now so scared to eat unrestricted because my body has changed so much already. I’ve had my disorder for over 20 years...my weight in this time has fluctuated a LOT (underweight to ob*se) Recovery is definitely a huge challenge - not impossible though! Sending you kindness and compassion. 🦋

Abi It's the best part of the milk. Notice how her mom said that's what milk used to be like, when she was younger? That's because most milk is basically trash nowadays. But young people don't even know because they've never experienced real, good quality milk.

Thanks for the explanation. I’m in a rural farm area and all the milk I’ve ever known comes with the cream top. That’s why when the mom said that I was so confused. Now I’m the opposite id like to try and experience milk withOUT the cream top 😆
