Not even a single recipe is upto the mark . They don't no how to make samosa dough that's why it has blisters . Tikka full of colour, chana masala doesn't look like channa masala as it's dark and on dryer side.

I m an Indian but I have to say food doesn't look that perfect ...samosa should not have bubbles outside on crust. Dosa the chef put in a cold pan/tawa the colour doesn't came well. They didn't even served the proper chutney/sauce for tikkas.
