That is only true if you are consuming enough drugs to use all that kind of food. @@kingdribs9286 All true, so that's why a little bit of Testosterone and steroids is necessary so you can make use of your training, sleep and food you eat. As a natural, you will not be able to lift as strong in the gym, and also you won't be able to recover (recuperate) because your body will digest and metabolize proteins and nutrients naturally which is very slow (much faster on testosterone). Trying to lift weights on a typical 4-5 day IFBB pro bodybuilder split as a natural will only crash your testosterone, tear your muscles down and ruin your sleep (you will be tired all the time and not get enough sleep because you don't have the steroids to recover, your body will attempt to recover by being sleepy all the time)

And if I start skipping meals I'll feel it in the gym like workouts are harder to do or I don't feel recovered enough and dealing with fatigue. Sometimes it's fun to eat big when you're putting on a show or having a contest with friends but most of the time it's like another job and I just have to do it and eating the same stuff over and over again sucks but this is the way.

Is that all, try 6 eggs, 2 toast, 2 scoops of whey isolate and a banana in one sitting everyday
@FalseProphetFallacy2 жыл бұрын
@@liddznz8256 I cap out at 5 eggs, two big pieces of chicken some isolate and orange juice for breakfast. I would feel terrible about downing all that if it wasn't for the sake of getting bigger.

Forcing down a pound of calamari right now, thought I was waaaay more hungry than I really was. We’re all gonna make it, brahs.

Carb based meals before and after the gym, and then high fat high protein keto meals the rest of the day has been a game changer in my energy, muscle recovery, and glucose levels. If you eat carbs 7 times a day you’re going to get insulin resistant and that leads to slower growth and heart disease quicker than you think.
