@@tiagomota4734For “hard gainers” or people with less appetite getting into body building/powerlifting and working out. It’s not easy working your way up to 4000cal a day when your whole diet must be clean. You dont just jump to 10000 calories a day obviously LOL. But I’ve definitely hit a few walls where I’ve been 600 calories under my daily goal tired from school and work and then remember that this guy has to eat more than double what I do. Seriously a real dedicated bodybuilder or advanced lifter knows eating is more than 50% of the work. Arnold himself always claimed his biggest issue was too little appetite

Bison meat is amazing. Very underrated move. I started cooking bison with my meals instead of beef. There's a reason people have hunted their bigger brother, the buffalo, for thousands of years. Maybe Im just crazy but I feel like it gives me more energy over eating even the best of the best top shelf organic grass fed beef.

Yo B you make all that look so easy but it’s true to be big and strong you got to get the meals in on a side note you are definitely my favorite strong man in the world. You’re so down to earth and humbling and just real and not fake and a lot of the other ones are the opposite. Anyway I was thinking of something while I was watching your video and it made me laugh a lot I want your videos you went, and you met the bodybuilder guy I forget his name and you were getting ready to train with him and you’re used to lifting weights. You got to always chalk up but the bodybuilders don’t do that and you were telling him it’s not my brand chlk but it’s good he was like no I don’t need any chalk and then you’re like yeah it’s not my chlk but it’s good chalk. .I died laughing 😂 the bodybuilder dude was like OK I guess I’ll take a little bit and he put like one single piece of residue in the middle of his hand 🎉
