I'm glad that Mark has decided to put plant based food under the spotlight with this channel. Unfortunately, other big food vloggers are still focusing on meat even if most of our calories globally come from plants. I'm not 100 %plant based but my diet is geared towards plant based food. With more focus on the amazing diversity of plant based options I think more and more people will appreciate this food category more and select it often when out and about with friends.

This is cool! I cook these same foods in California I impressed my friends a few months ago when they brought me a jackfruit and I cooked the seeds, because they had no idea they were edible. I also like bitter melon, when they are available, and pea eggplants, the pea eggplants are impossible to find in the USA unless you're in Chinatown so I plan to grow some this year. And that's the other reason your video is cool, most people in the USA think raw eggplant is poisonous, it is but only slightly so yes it's safe to eat a little bit of it raw.

HEY MARK FRESH DURIAN AND FRESH COCONUTS ARE 2 THINGS I'D LIKE TO TRY ( MY MOM RECENTLY PASSED AWAY AND I'VE COME TO REALIZE THAT LIFE CAN BE SO SHORT AND DEATH CAN BE UNEXPECTANT. THIS WAS THE CASE WITH MY MOM WHOM I LOVE MORE THEN LIFE ITSELF. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY GIVEN MY LIFE TO SAVE MY MOMS IN A HEARTBEAT. UNFORTUNATELY COVID MADE THAT DECISION FOR ME. THESE 2 FOODS ARE SOMETHING I WANT TO TRY AS LATELY I'VE HAD A LOT OF HEALTH ISSUES THAT HAVE LEFT ME QUITE SCARED AND SERIOUSLY THINKING OF MY OWN MORTALITY. I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY SO HOW CAN SOMEONE LIKE ME EXPERIENCE THESE 2 THINGS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE?? I HAVE A SHORT BUCKET LIST AND THESE 2 ITEMS ARE ON IT. I'D APPRECIATE ANY HELP OR ADVICE U CAN GIVE ME.
