Please put your wife and son, Mika in your videos. Also just watched your video on Syria before Assad left. I know it would be difficult but please go back when it is safe to do so.

Question for you: Do you have a video on how to easily open a jumbo OUTER coconut shell? For the past 25 years we have opened brown mature coconuts that fall to the ground from the Coconut palms here in South Florida. But as my husband's is old now it is so hard for him to open the outer shell. We place the coconut on a half of a cinder block to hold it steady. Then we open with two shovels back to back and praying them apart. Then we tear the coir fiber off. Also hard to do. Could something work easier like a Hatchet or machete? Dawn, Florida

Thanks for the recipe. Why did you throw away all the flowers? You can eat those. You can also eat the banana leaves too.

I used to live and work in Sakhon Nakhon. I was there when this place opened and was a regular - amazing food, and a great town. The local Pad Thai lady served it in a banana leaf and still to this day is the best I've ever had.

I miss those wholesome, natural grown fruits and vegetables! Too much chemicals in the foods that hurts our bodies in North America and other countries as well.

I love the freshness of the fruits. Nothing sprayed, so natural and fresh! There are so much pesticides in the fruits in North America.
