I am FILIPINO and one of My favorite foods is the chciken kadai with steamed rice instead of bread and it was introduced by my close friend from Pakistan when I still live in Dubai UAE...Everytime we eat outside definitely I will order this... I also live in UAE but Karahi that we get here in UAE from Pakistani restaurants is totally fake because it takes time to make one. If you want to get real taste of it visit Pakistan

Doesn't Vancouver Bc have any indian restaurant or pakistani.... I think you can find Kadai( also written as Karahi .... The "R" sound is a bit rolling tongue sound so it is difficult to write in english) .... I hope you find what you are looking for.

@@AmazonTeacher I agree with you, Most restaurants in UAE sell karahi (pre-cooked, only fry and garnish once order) which is totally different from our Pakistani style karahi. But you can ask live karahi from Al Haaj Bundoo Khan Oud Metha Dubai or shehr e Karachi al quoz you will find the exact Pakistani style karahi.
