Thank you for sharing. Video was short and sweet, so for that two thumbs up 👍. I am a steak lover (not just saying, I really mean it). Few comments/questions here. 1- The meat didn't look aged to me, nothing wrong with fresh meat but it doesn't taste as good as a good aged piece of meat. 2- Correction for you, steak slow cook nahin kia jaata mere bhai, you cook it at high flame/heat to lock in the juices, sear it outside to get a good bark and retain the juices inside. 3- There was hardly any marbling on the steak mere bhai. 4. Cooked steak dekhnay main tou acha lag raha tha no doubt. 5. I am curious ke karachi main aisay kaunsay steak houses hain jahan 40K ka steak milta hai? Secondly, are the importing the meat from somewhere else in the world and what type/grading of meat it is?

This wasn't aged as such.Aged section inka counter k pichay tha jo k abhi start nahi hua hay. They're just starting out. Imported mostly from Turkey.

Bhai slow cook woh kar rhay hein haha they've got their own technique. Hum tau sirf khanay gayay thay. Said it exactly like the chef communicated it to us. Marbling definitely okay thi. But dramatic effect dena tha. 😅
