I loved this style of video - you say you're not charismatic but I take it as being authentic. I hate watching the overly-excited fake personas a lot of youtubers put on. tbh my guess is she went to the restroom or something; workers need to lock up before they go for obvious reasons, and a lot of convenience stores in korea don't have their own restrooms. it's not uncommon to find stores that have been locked during the day for this reason, albeit for a short period of time (10-15 min max).
