Mexican food is one of the best culinary experiences that people can have. Mexican food is far more varied than people think. It changes like dialects. I was brought up in Jalisco by the sea on a basic diet - tomatoes, chilis, peppers of every size and rice, which is a Mexican staple. The Pacific coast has a huge array of seafood. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕

@Johnny Tran how are you gona say what’s Mexico!! My grandma said it’s Mexico and they’ve shared recipes to many cultures ‼️😳

Korean food is Mexican food in Asia. Hard to explain.
@JustSaucy3 жыл бұрын
@Johnny Tran Mexican food is like many other cultures that have been colonized in the past or simply have had culinary techniques or ingredients brought to them, it’s a bunch of cultures that are mixed up to make one; Mexico mostly having Spanish and Portuguese influences. What you’re talking about which I’m guessing is Al pastor where thin sliced meat is stacked on a skewer and is rotating while being cooked is actually said to come from the Middle East, but when mix in the flavors of Mexico and you get al pastor. As many other cultures has, Vietnamese food has culinary influences as I’m sure u know also, such as China, Japan and even the French that you can notice from some techniques that soups are cooked like pho 👍
