Hannah, I know this video is a year old but I’m still slowly working my way through. I’m actually in recovery and find all your videos so helpful. Just to see how easy you try different foods, you eat all food groups without feeling guilty etc. helps me personally a great deal to find joy in food again and that it’s not something to be feared. An eating disorder is so complex and individual but thank you for this type of video! 💕 Don’t ever change 🥰

You normalising all of these foods is so helpful for people who are struggling with an Ed. Just seeing you eating and enjoying it, casually chatting and watching the football shows what a healthy relationship with food looks like.... Something to aspire to.... Hehe you managed to get a lot of fear foods and fearful situations in there, good planning!! I struggle on and off with my own eating demons and this is such a reminder even for me of how normal and enjoyable eating can be. Thank you so much for the trigger warnings and the compassion shown in this video ❤️ Making the donation to BEAT is so lovely too.(can't believe they limited the £ last time) 😈 Such a lovely person, honestly!! So glad you started this channel. Literally got me through lockdown life and life in general!!!!!
@harmonyhope17093 жыл бұрын
It's good that your plan of where to eat went wrong and you had to adjust to the situation and go with what was available, as that freaks out a lot of people with an Ed and throws them off. However you modelled what people without an Ed do and how it's appropriate to respond in that situation ❤️

I don’t have and have never had an ED but really appreciate you doing these videos. Seems like it would be so helpful to see someone else enjoying fear foods and just generally having a positive balanced relationship with all food, so thank you! Also I tried the raspberry lemonade Krispy Kreme the other day it was lovely, really tangy and fruity and sweet 👍🏻👍🏻 x

Thanks Hannah for the video. People with an eating disorder often eat VERY slowly, to make the small quantities last! also with small child size cutlery. I’m trying to eat more normally now but a very slow process, part of my recovery. So good to see you and your friends eating normally with no hang ups. Lots of love. 💕😀

Liquid calorie is really scary. We don’t have that many sugar free stuff here , so all i drink if im eating outside is plain water . And ice too , people used to tell me ice drink is bad . So always order plain mineral water no ice 🥴
