Hey @Brennen Taylor; my two cents. These type of videos MUCH more enjoyable. I think personally the "give and take" reviews are the move. Try to find something nice to say about the food, but criticize fairly. Dont criticize them personally (obviously in a chain restaurant the personal side of things mostly goes out the window, but you get the point). Stick to the quality of the food, and MOST of all, DO SOME RESEARCH! Try not to make assumptions on the food. Take 5 minutes and google a few things! (even if its added in post, it shows your dedication to your content!)
