Protein French Toast:
2 slices of bread
1 egg
25g cinnamon danish protein powder (tidd.ly/33g1rmh)
Myprotein vanilla flavdrops (tidd.ly/b27d32d0)
Milk for consistency

Greek yoghurt, blueberries, butterscotch syrup (tidd.ly/8875bf1e)
Tuna Mayo Toastie:
2 slices of bread
1 tin of tuna
2 tbsps light mayo
Pickles
Tomato
Vegan filled cookie: tidd.ly/afa72a5
Dinner:
1 pack of butternut squash slices
1/2 block smoked tofu
Peppers
Tenderstem broccoli
Mushrooms
Ice cream cookie sandwich (makes 3-4 cookies)

Got a George Foreman grill yesterday evening and grilled my first "prime burger" this afternoon. The included booklet suggests 5-7 minutes for a medium cooked 4 oz. (1/4 pound) burger, so I left my 6 oz. burger in for 7 minutes. It was a bit crunchy on both sides, but not enough to scour my sink with it. It tasted good, but I'll check the next one after 4 minutes, then every minute after that so it won't break my teeth. Oh, and thank you for sharing your experiment. I now know to eat some of the veggies immediately after grilling them, while the next batch of veggies are on the grill.

You can actually use veggie spray on tbe grill. The grill is designed to remove EXCESS fat but you still need a bit of fat or oil on the grill or food, especially veggies.

I just got finished cooking on George foreman bacon whole pack came out beautiful Cook bacon first Cook bacon 3 minutes each side bacon Swiss cheese sandwich Butter bread put cheese and bacon Cook check sandwich after 1 or 2 minutes of cooking on George foreman grill happy eating yummy

You over cooked the mushrooms. Only takes like 2 mins for mushrooms, kale, or spinach. Most veggies 10 mins and potatoes need more time
