Aww takes lots of rest .yes its hot everywhere especially in Asian countries in the summer ..we had 46C last month for 4 days in week..it was horrible take lots of liquids ....but not those ones that you had from convenience store..they make you sick and leave a disgusting feeling...loved what you cooked ..both of you find time and take breaks in between you can always work after you feel better dont overwork yourselves.
