Eating our MRES (Good are Bad?)

Carbs and calories are High in MRE's. I use to eat them when husband was in the navy and was trying to gain weight. We lived on a army base and my friends husbands would give the left over ones to me, Never weighted over 100 but not now. Haha! Wish. Never did gain weight with them though. Some taste good and others not so much. Drink allot of liquid with them.
