Today I want to share my wives most recent achievement!! This is not the normal video I would make for my channel. But it's important to support my wife. This is especially important today when they need our support more than ever. So if your wife, friend or family likes to sew, invite them to come along as my wife explains how she took an old ugly bedroom and turned it into an awesome sewing room. You see how she organizes her treasures, how she set up her furniture and see how she used poster board as an affordable tool in all of it. I think my wife's sewing room is great. What a lovely sewing room!!!! you give me some good ideas.....I too visit thrift stores and got good deals. My husband and I just moved to our new home (he build it) and for the first time I have a craft room, so I am decorating it and organizing it with just what I have....and I will buy me some of those boards bc they will serve me better than wood and more manageable and light weight... thank you, you have a very nice husband

Love your sewing room and you gave me a few great ideas..you are a hoot..love your personality..you definitely should make a sewing tutorial..I love the way you complement your husband..I turned an upstairs bedroom into my sewing room and my husband helped me out so much. he made me a sewing table and a cutting table and both were very inexpensive..I too have to watch my pennies..By the way just love your idea with the plate stands.I will be going to the dollar tree tomorrow and buy a few of them as well as foam board..Thanks and have a wonderful day

I had no idea you could do so much with foam core boards. The shelf you made on the wall to the left of your machine...how did you attach it to the wall? You have given me several ideas and I will be picking up some foam core boards next time I am at Walmart.

Peggy Butts Thank you. I am so glad you got some ideas. The shelf on the wall, depending on what you plan to put on it can be put on the wall using screws, nails or pretty much anything. Believe it or not but I hot glued it to my wall because my wall is stucco material. Almost impossible to get a nail in. Hope that helps ☺️

Thanks for sharing! This was a great video!! I agree with someone else, Foam Core Friday's! You can also put fabric on 8x10 comic book boards, which are like 50-100 for less than $10, no cutting and they're thinner. You'll fit more fabric in any area. 😉 Just a suggestion for you.

Glad I found you. Your sewing room is glorious. I recently wallpapered some of my sitting room with wallpaper from a charity shop(that's what we call our trift shops over in UK). It should've been £16 a roll and I got 2.5 rolls for £5. You can still purchase it from Amazon! I buy all my clothes from Charity shops, nothing to be ashamed of cos people give clothes they've barely worn. I love the was you talk about each other😁 Take care and stay safe👏

You have such a great sense of color. You could do several videos just on that. I love how you incorporated the fuschia pink around the room, enough to help pull the room together. And that dress you made. Omg, it’s stunning. You’ve got so much to offer. If you count all the comments that want you to start a KZbin channel, plus the people who gave those comments Thumbs Up, it’d probably be over a thousand. Go for it! Then write those foam board companies and see if they want to partner with you. You’ll get free foamcore and other related products, plus add in commission links. $$

'Wow, your room is adorable! And it is so organized! It is amazing what you have done with foam core board. I have been reorganizing my sewing area as well. My daughter took apart her craft room as they are finishing off her basement, and she gave me lots of those wooden cubbies. I was so lucky, and used them to really organize my area. I am impressed what you have done, and I also think you should make sewing videos. I would def. watch them.
