I don’t think Bao needs help. Are kinda an aphrodisiac, but in the stamina recovery sense not a starting up sense. When men, I don’t know about women, nut the expend large amounts of zinc and other minerals important for muscle activity. 2-3 raw oysters can replace that. Oysters filter out lots of minerals to build their shell. It’s present in their organs and juices in the shell. So basically it shortens the refractory period between sessions, but does nothing start you up. Raw is important because of how much is in the oyster liquor and heat breaks down much a lot of it. Like any other accumulation of vitamins, after a certain time you piss out the excess. So after about 8 hours, it’s all gone
