Great going.👍 I'm a food blogger from Mangaluru Karnataka with 5 decades of cooking experience and 12 years of blogging experience. I missed Indian Coffee House in 1986 and 1989 when I visited Shimla. Revisiting Shimla on May 27 this year and staying for one day, 2 nights on my way to Kinnaur-Spiti. Then I shall explore some of the eateries recommended by you, essentially Indian Coffee House, the iconic restaurant I was regularly visiting in Bengaluru in the 1980's for Coffee, Dosa, Omelette and Cutlet after a matinee movie show. Hope I'll bump into you on the Mall road or the Ridge during my day long expedition on May 28.

I have to be in shimla from my childhood.we have our home in palampur but shifted to Delhi in 2001 . Old memories in shimla .last year also visited now again planned. So every year we visit shimla never ever get bored alway fresh

Please kuchh achhe pur veg khane ke thikane bataiye jahan pahunchna asaan ho. Agar outskirts pe stay kar rahe ho to mall tak pahunchna hi mushkil kaam hai . Parking ,lift mila kar dinner se jyada karch ho jaata hai.

I have been to Shimla more than fifteen times and still I long for more excursion trips to Shimla. The visitors to Shimla can get anything and everything in this beautiful city amid bewitching hills and more importantly local guys are very sweet, decent and cooperative. My favourite hangout spots are Scandal Point and night view from Clarkes Hotel. 😊
