Fun fact-Frozen fruit and veg is actually more nutritious and fresh than non frozen. It's frozen pretty quickly after being picked whereas as 'fresh' can be sat on shelves for days xx

I drink 3 litres of water per day😂😂😂 and guys let me tell u I get sick all the time, I have many health problems, my face is full pimples and my skin and hair generally are bad. So, I don’t believe those people saying oh drink water you’ll be so healthy etc BULLSHIT!

Well if your diet is crappy, if you consume lots of sugar, salt and empty calories and are constantly stressed, of course you will have bad skin and hair... It's not just about the water, but still it's important to drink lots of water since it helps your digestive system and flushes out the toxins from your body..

Freya I consume only fruits and vegetable, I don’t eat fried food, I eat only homemade food and I don’t stress and I play volleyball and I exercise a lot and still :)))

emma 14 yes, exercise will help but losing weight is like 80% diet and 20% exercise lmao (I’m not saying starve yourself but you do need to eat healthy to lose weight, not just exercise)

I think it would be better to eat more whole foods and fibre while having a healthy exercise routine, honestly if people get too fixated on calories they forget about nutrition, you have to remember not all calories are created equal

4:53 that’s not a standard orange juice glass though. well obv u don’t have to use a proper oj glass but usually people have it in them little glasses, so it would be full to the top

Theres many different ways to fast so I guess it just depends on what type of fasting you decided to do :) enless it's for religion obviously, then you would normally follow the rules x

Serving size is like BMI both equally inaccurate, useless etc. The only useful information together with serving size is the amount of calories of course after the macro nutrition information which may help to control calorie intake but again this information should be considered information about the fact how much carbs, protein and fat somebody should eat a day to maintain, lose weight.
