Yes you can do personal transaction with Instarem, you should select Individual for private citizens, and corporate for companies. Instarem, Wise and Wester Union are all very popular, please check wherever you get best rates.

If you have not applied for residence permit ever yet, they you must apply for it as soon as possible. You should have applied for residence permit even much sooner. You will get 1 year permit, and then later you will have to only renew it.

The minimum wage as of now if around €12/hour, but if you just want to hire help for 1 hour per day then cost can be around 18-20/hour. So 1 hours of work for 5 times a week, so approx 22 days, would be around €400/month approx, and that is excluding weekends and also assuming 1 hour is enough for you i.e very limited work. And the bigger challenge will be to find someone who would be willing to take this job. Because most people have better or more secure job alternatives.
