Recently, i made a payment to the vfs, the payment got deducted from my side, but there was no application to be found on the vfs portal. Its been a week now, ive been reaching out to the helpline but couldn't get any help till now. No mails regarding the refund or if the appointment is being done yet. When trying to login the webpage shows server error.

@desiparja7948 Contact customer care and ask if the payment is being reflected on their system. Send a mail to them with the transaction receipts and if any mail has been sent to you by Vfs. If the payment is being reflected on their system and a appointment is not confirmed. You'll be either asked to apply for a refund or if the appointment date is a week away. A representative will reach out to you by mail for getting the appointment done. Mostly you'll be asked to apply for a refund and book a new appointment. The refund will be done by them within 15-20 days.

I am creating a block account in expatrio value package. In the section of address, 1.i don not have a street name on my passport but village name as i live in a village not in the city. Will it be okay if i write my village name in it? 2.I do not have any street number or house number written on my my passport. The address goes like this on my passport: VPO- village name Tehsil name, city name Pin code, state, india What should i mention? Please help me out bro!!!

I also faced an issue where it did not allow me to reschedule the appointment date the second time. Falsely displayed message maximum reschedules reached.

Can we choose any bank for opening account? Expatrio has some tie up with Aion Bank, and i have taken insurance n blocked acc via expatrio, so do I need to open my account in Aion bank only? pls reply brother..I am already in germany and need my bank account access.
