I had my appointment on 3rd July at VFS Mumbai. Still didn't receive the visa yet (24/07/2024). I have applied for Germany. What should I do in that case? Because other students are receiving visa within a week! Please help 🙏🏻

I am into a huge problem related to APS. I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents. The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name. So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name. I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them. What should I do? , Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??

Hello sir, i applied for german D-student visa with aps certification. My appointment was on 29 april 2024. After that i submitted my pending documents on 27 may 2024. Its has passed almost 10 weeks now, still i didn't receive my visa. I also checked their visa tracking website which shows, which has almost no updates since 1 month.sorry to say, but Vfs has very poor management
