Harperlarp Okay, so I'm from Texas, and they're originally from North Carolina, so both of us kinda have the growing up in the south thing. What they ate are not considered croissants, they are crescent rolls, like the ones that are sold ready to bake by Pillsbury. Croissants look and taste a little different. It's kinda more of a difference in brand and slang than an enormous difference between types of bread but I promise I wouldn't call those croissants in Texas.
