Dear friends , Please dont eat less !! Eat the required calories according to your BMR or TDEE!! If you eat less you will have deficiency of vitamins and vital minerals like potassium which is very much needed for the brain and you may also be iron deficient!! But at night eat moderately 3 to 4 hours before going to bed so that the food is completely digested and you can sleep peacefully!! And some people say that if we eat more food the digestion takes more amount of energy so we will feel lazy so please chew the food at least 24 to 32 times then swallow it so that around 50% of the food is digested in the mouth which makes the food to get digested easily and there will be no inertia created in the body and you will not feel lethargic and walk at least for 5 to 10 minutes after eating so that the food is digested! Please don't cut down the food portions!!! But be away from junk foods which are high in sodium and drink plenty of water!! ( no offence!!!) Paper phod dena!!!

A schedule that is according Ayurveda, Yoga, Modern Science : 9AM - OATS (Plain with home masala not the masala oats as it includes refined salt) + GREEN TEA(without caffein) 12PM - Parantha in ghee with moong/urad dal + light sabzi 3PM - Milk/Coco Drink (Cocoa powder should be unsweetened) 5PM - puffed rice/roasted chana/dry fruits /oats shake 7PM - Dinner (roti with dal and sabzi) 11PM - Milk /soy milk Leave computer/mobile screen before 9PM P. S. : Don't use refined salt and refined sugar and stay away from packaged sweets, biscuits and namkeens. Instead use Rock salt, Sendha Namak, Kala Namak, Jaggery, Honey, Dates sugar, thread mishri, coconut sugar. JUST STOP THAT REFINED SUGAR Just follow this and do comment below the changes u feel

Sir I have a couple of opinions regarding the schedule 1. Fruit should not be eaten anytime after 4 PM. 2. Ideal time for Dinner is before 7 PM. 3. Ideal time for Lunch is between 1-2 PM (When the sun is at the top) Although these look very small points to follow, but bricks form buildings

We never were prescribing a perfect schedule. As a student one cant have perfect things. For your reference the food that you take in the diet is the major building block, for example taking oats and less of wheat. But we cant prescribe that, we are there to help to improve study hours not diet
