I like how in Taiwan everything is in Traditional Chinese, I prefer it to simplified, even if it takes longer to write, growing up I had many Taiwanese friends and they were all taught traditional characters and I always wanted to learn so I taught myself

It's so weird, this video looks more "real" to me than your more recent ones. I've been in Taiwan the past few months and it's so nice to see you visit and to hear your thoughts! I've had that brand of noodles before! You're supposed to warm the sauce packet - it's deliciously spicy. I also love that the 7-11s always have tea eggs for only 10 kuai

Just would like to say for that brand of Taiwanese Ramen , The packaged beef cause pack is supposed to be be added last on top of the noodles after the noodles is soaked for three mins and cooked. That's make the flavour better as the sauce for the beef isn't as diluted.

Back in the late 80/ early 90s when McDonalds were starting to pop up, they served hamburgers similar to what you had. Instead of beef, it was pork with a mixture of carrots, scallions. The french fries were made from sweet potato. I really miss those .
