Love bean sprouts! If you have tried those from Ipoh you will love it more as theirs is grown in their natural spring water, which makes them extra plump and juicy. I tried it raw for the first time in Thailand and it was nice too. I love my mom's version of fried in spring onions and salted fish.

I don't eat beansprouts till I'm in my late 20s. Haha. Better to stir fry the beansprouts. Then they will go well with alot of food. Even I also wouldn't want to try them raw.
