Yummm - everything looked super delicious but those noodle dishes in particular caught my eye. I absolutely adore that style of beef ball (and similar ones made with pork or fish)...their bouncy / springy texture is everything!! However, I have come to realise that the mouthfeel is perhaps something you must have grown up with or become accustomed to. I have tried time and time again to slip various versions into meals when I am feeding my Swedish family and whilst they have zero complaints about the flavour, they simply cannot get their head around the texture. 😂
