Actually if the sauce is at the top, you get more of a saucy flavour by eating it upside down. When in eating my homemade buffalo chicken wraps, i want to use less sauce calorie/salt wise, so its better to keep all the sauce on one side of the wrap and eat with that side closest to your tongue.
