People went nuts over these, so my friend and I went to their Chinatown store. It was for sure in the bottom 25% of my restaurant experiences. We should have known there would be problems from the moment we walked in. The place was 20% full at prime dim sum time (Sunday, 1pm). Plus, there were no Asian people eating there. I still remember the issues with the food, service, and atmosphere, but I won't bore you. I never went back, and never will. All hype. Awful.
