I have a neurological issue that prevents me from telling how much time has passed. I'm from Maine, and I've seen worse lobster rolls. They didn't stack it with additional crap, just lobster and a bun. That's a legit lobster roll.

Some of the best foods keep it simple. Anyone can pile a ton of food on something, a good cook or chef knows when enough is perfect. Slightly off topic but if you ever visit a local pizza place: get a plain cheese. If their plain cheese is good their other pizza will be good too, but if its not that great, extra toppings can only do so much. You can use this rule for any other foods that come with a basic version, like burgers.

Idk if they're closed for the season, but Indianapolis has a place called Chef Oya's The Trap. It's wonderful & they get their seafood imported from Lousiana. That's why I said idk if it's open, I've moved away from there since then. But it's perfect, wonderful portions for the price and has the best seafood chowder. It's a really sketchy looking spot(in a bad area & attached to a liquor store) but PLEASE if you're ever in Indiana, please check it out! Chef Oya was there the last time I went & she's very personable and sweet. :)
