Lato is the best, especially with vinegar, onion and tomatoes. Then grilled fish and rice and sawsawan. That's heavenly. My all time favorite.

Kyle, d most impressive part of this Ep is at d intro w/ ate selling u meryenda n d guys around were conversing w/ u in bisaya mix w/ halo halo words. Man u have gotten so comfortable dealing w/ d locals anywhere. I think one of d guys was clapping his hands as u were leaving d crowd...they were so impressed how u conducted urself. Mind u I felt d same, goosebumps all over my bud...proud to be one of ur followers. Sawsaw-an = Dutdut-an in Bikolano. And binut-ong is best served with brown sugar on top. Hope u come back in Bikol Kulas there's so many foods u need to try like Baliso-so, sinitit-sit, tikoy and Suman with pili nuts...

Wow Binutong, it's a rice cake variant here in Bicol. There's ibos, balisungsong and Binutong. Also the best partner with Coffee or Hot Choco. I love to taste uni and lato.

Kulas, if you can drop by the market in Legazpi City, try the kakanin (pinuso, balinghoy na puto, etc) they sell made from rice with coconut or made from cassava. Da best!

Uni's are sea urchins! So delicious and really very expensive one piece of uni sushi is about 600yen. So miss the Phils. You can get it everywhere! ;)
