Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now travel vlogging is our full-time gig and we feel like we have the greatest job in the world! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

+Jodes G That's wonderful. My first recommended video was their Trans Siberian Railroad trip, and I was immediately hooked. I subscribed then and there and have not looked back. They are the best... so genuine and kind, which is so rare to find. And really dedicated to giving us the best content they can. I also keep track of all of the places they've gone, and I have a "favorites" list. Some of the places that have been my favorites weren't even on my radar as places I would have ever thought of going. That was the biggest surprise to me, discovering amazing places I didn't know existed.

The Skyr can be eaten with fresh fruit and comes in a lot of flavours. The dried fish is very good if you eat it with butter. The sheep head is not supposed to be served straight out of the box heat and season it first. The bread is also best with butter on top. Most of these this are just things to eat besides the food and can be served in many different ways.

With Skyr us icelandic people add sugar, with dried fish we like to eat it as it is, or add butter, with the head you're supposed to cook it or boil it, and with the shark it eat it with spirits..

Now I know I am late to the party but as an Icelander I must say this. The sheeps and dried fish looks to be bought at the cheapest grocery store. Which is not really a good sign. The sheeps head and shark is more of a seasonal "delicacy" rather than something we eat on a regular basis. Skyr, the bread and dried fish is eaten whenever we want. The dried fish is a great source of protein, for those not accustomed to it, it is best enjoyed with some soft butter. It is great to snack on and is extremely healthy and is filled to the brim with healthy energy. This is the food the kept us alive since the Viking Age in a harsh landscape just shy of the Arctic Circle....

You should eat “harðfiskur” with butter, the Shark with the brown bread (hverabrauð) and and butter, “hreint skyr” (skyr without any sucker or flavor) with sucker and cream and the “svið” with mashed turnip.

On the Skyr it said "Hreint" which means clean, if you buy that one you usually do it to add your own ingredients, like granola and fruits but most people just add sugar, very few people eat it straight like that, you can also get the flavored kinds which have sugar and fruits and stuff in them.

Number 3 dried fish, in Bangladesh it's called 'Shutki fish'. It is cooked in Bangladesh with onion and garlic. Before cooking It should be washed with salt so that there is no odor.
