I do really like Matt's accent. It's just...nice. And definitely better than most of the Wolverhampton accents I grew up with! Although that has some surprisingly endearing little quirks. The wolves 'a' sound in things is particularly distinctive to my ear.

Hiii. I love your channel guys. Matt, I noticed you’ve also got the Libre sensor on your arm. How does that effect your cheat days especially when you have doughnuts for example?

Thanks for watching! And yees, it’s a libre (they are amazing). I use a carb to insulin unit ratio that I learnt on a course called DAFNE (dose adjustment for normal eating) such a great course. I also adjust my background insulin on ‘cheat days’.. but we don’t have full on cheat days that often and the rest of the week I pretty much eat the same amount of carbs each day 👌 are you a fellow type 1?

Matt & Emma. Oh I see, that’s amazing! I didn’t get the chance to do the course as I was back and forth from uni, so it was hard for them to schedule me into it. So I basically taught myself carb counting. It’s definitely not an easy disease to have, but I guess we have to manage it. Yup, I am a type 1 diabetic 🙈
